Personal details of customers and visitors of the website Livolo.eu are handled with the utmost care and secured.
Livolo adheres to the requirements set by the Personal Data Protection Act,
the Telecommunications Act, the DDMA  (Dutch Dialogue Marketing Association) and other relevant laws and regulations.

Processing of personal data
Livolo is an online shop in home automation products. In the context of the sale of its products or if you have otherwise contact with Livolo, then Livolo may process your personal data. This can happen when you sign up for an e-mail newsletter, take part in an action, use the contact form or make a purchase. However Livolo finds it important to treat your personal data with all due care and confidentiality.

If you no longer wish to receive e-mail newesletters, you can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscibe link in the e-mail message or inform Livolo by sending an e-mail to support@livolo.eu

Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

• First and last name
• Address data
• Telephone number
• E-mail address
• Information about your activities on our website
• Bank account number with Mollie and Paypal

Special and / or sensitive personal data
Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we can not check if a visitor is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us via support@Livolo.eu and we will delete this information.

Purposes of data processing
The personal data provided can be processed by Livolo for the following purposes:

• For the realization and execution of the agreement, for example to deliver the products you have chosen;
• If you have purchased a paid product, to invoice;
• To keep you informed of the Livolo products;
• To send you a newsletter, user information, service message or other message (electronic or otherwise);
• To inform you about changes to our products if you have placed an order;
• To enable logging in via social media service from third parties;
• To show you targeted advertisement, suspect that you are interested, for example an advertisement of a product from livolo can be displayed;

Livolo makes decisions based on automated processng on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people.
These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without a peson (such as a Livolo employee) sitting between them.
Livolo uses the following computer programs or systems:

• Mijnwebwinkel.nl For the operation of the order and sending newsletters with information about Livolo;
• Mollie and Paypal For processing the payment;
• Myparcel.com for shipping the orders

Lifetime data
Livolo does noy store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the retention periods for the following categories of personal data:

Third party distribution
Your data will not be provided to parties that do not belong to Livolo without your express permission, with the exception of the following. Your data may be provided to parties that are contacted by Livolo without your explicit consent in the performance of its services (for example, the supplier of a product you have ordered). Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy.
