At Livolo Nederland we do everything we can to process your order quickly, safely and carefully. All products that you see on our website are available directly from stock. This allows us to send rapidly, usually the same day.

On this page you will find everything you need to know about delivery times, shipping, delivery and collection. We ensure that you are always well informed, from the time of ordering to the moment of receipt.

Always available directly - fast, reliable and flexible

At Livolo Nederland you can count on direct delivery from stock, no matter how large your project is. We deliver everything you see on our website from our own stock, from one dimmer to hundreds of components for a large construction project. This allows us to deliver rapidly, without being dependent on suppliers or intermediate parties.

Whether it is a private order or an installation project of multiple homes, we ensure that everything is delivered quickly, well -arranged and error -free.

Are all products really in stock?

Yes. Only products that are directly in stock are shown on our website. As a result, we can always process and send your order quickly, without surprises or waiting times.

How quickly will my order be sent?

Orders placed on workdays before 5 p.m. are shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes place the next working day. We process your order directly from our own warehouse.

When can I expect my order?

We ship all orders with PostNL. You usually receive your order the next working day, but always keep in mind that a possible delay can occur at the carrier. As a result, we always recommend taking into account 1 to 2 working days.

Do you also deliver for large projects?

Certainly. For larger projects we deliver directly from stock, regardless of the size. If desired, we can:

  • Pack your order per room, building or home
  • Schedule multiple delivery moments (eg per phase of the project)
  • Deliver directly to the construction site or yard

This makes it clearer and more efficient for installers and contractors.

Can installers pick up early for the project?

Yes. On request, installers or project leaders can pick up the order early in the morning. This is done by appointment, so that we can prepare everything for fast, error -free transfer. You can pick up from 8 a.m., but also in consultation earlier.

Can I receive a delivery spread per home or building?

Yes, this is possible. You can place one large order, after which we cut the delivery per home, phase or building. This way you keep an overview at the location and you prevent confusion or loss of parts.

How do I know my order will be on time?

You will always receive a track & trace code upon shipment and we will inform you by mail. Do you need a specific delivery time? Let us know, we will coordinate this with you.

How fast do you deliver to emergency projects?

Because we keep everything in stock, we can almost always deliver within 24 hours. Speed? Contact us, we like to think along and switch quickly.

We ship all our orders with PostNL, with careful packaging and clear communication. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

We ship all our packages with PostNL. A reliable partner who delivers your order safely and quickly.

When will I receive my track & trace?

You will receive a track & trace code immediately after your order has been sent. This allows you to follow the shipment and see when it will be delivered.

Is a signature mandatory upon delivery?

Yes, a signature is required upon receipt of each package. In this way we guarantee that your order will be transferred safely.

Is my shipment sent insured?

Large or valuable orders are sent insured by default. You don't have to do anything extra for this - this is part of our service.

What happens at a incorrectly entered address?

As a customer you are responsible for correctly entering your address details. Therefore always check your data carefully before completing the order. A wrong address can lead to a delay or not arriving the shipment. We cannot be held liable at incorrect address input.

Do you also ship to construction sites or business locations?

Yes. We ship both to individuals and companies, construction sites or offices. Indicate with your order what the desired delivery location is.

Can I still change my address after placing my order?

Because we send quickly, it is usually not possible to adjust the delivery address. Contact our customer service immediately if the order has not yet been processed, we look at what we can do.

Pick up yourself? Fast, flexible and without extra costs

Would you rather pick up your order yourself? No problem. Pick up is possible by appointment at our warehouse in Hardinxveld-Giessendam. Ideal for installers or customers from the region.

Can I also pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our collection point in Hardinxveld-Giessendam. When checking out, choose the "Pick up" option and contact us to arrange a collection moment.

How fast is my order ready to pick up?

Your order is usually ready within 2 hours (on working days). You can pick it up from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. - by appointment.

Are there extra costs associated with the collection?

No. Pick up is completely free. You only pay for the products you order.

What should I take with you when picking up?

Take your confirmation email and a valid proof of identity. This way we can give you your order quickly.

Can I come by without an appointment to pick up?

No, picking up is only possible by appointment. Without an appointment we cannot guarantee that your order is ready. So always contact us.
