To use Livolo smart home products with Homey, it is important that the products are first added to the Livolo Home app. The Livolo gateway is always required. This gateway forms the central connection between your Livolo switches, dimmers and other smart home products.

The first step is therefore always to install the Livolo Home app and add your Livolo smart home products. The devices are linked to the Livolo gateway via this app and included in your Livolo smart home system.

When all products have been added to the Livolo Home app, you can then link your Livolo account to Homey via the official Livolo Homey app. After the connection has been made, all Livolo smart home products that are in the Livolo Home app will automatically become visible in Homey. From that moment on, these devices can also be operated via Homey and used in flows and automations.

In this way, the Livolo Home app works as the basis of the system and Homey acts as the platform where different smart home devices can work together.
