Thanks to the exchange range function, also known as a hotel switch, you can operate a light point from multiple switches, up to a maximum of five exchange switches. This makes the exchange switch ideal for larger spaces or rooms with multiple access points. A cross switch is no longer necessary, because the touch switch switch takes over this function.

The dimmer is activated by slightly touching the round touch area in the middle of the corresponding glass plate:

• Some touch: Lighting switches in
• Some touch: Lighting switches off
• Long -term touch: The lighting gradually dims from fierce to soft; Let go of the desired light intensity. The last dim position remains remembered.

LED indicator Background Lighting

In the middle of the glass plate is a subtle LED indicator that acts as an orientation lighting. This does not radiate disturbing light, but ensures that you can easily find the switch in the dark. When the switch is off, the LED light turns clear blue. With a switched switch, the light turns red, so that you can see at a glance whether the lighting is on or off.

In addition, the exchange switch has a double L connection. This makes it possible to easily provide adjacent switches or sockets with a loop function.

It can be mounted both horizontally and vertically and is suitable for one light point or one group of lamps with a maximum power of 450 watts per exit. For LED lighting this means that you can connect multiple lamps, depending on their wattage. 

The switch is equipped with screw connections, which makes the installation easy and safe. You do not need any specialist knowledge to install the switch and it can be connected directly to your existing wiring.
